Modulus 008 is an 8-voice analog bi-timbral synthesizer built on discrete components providing 100% voltage control. The instrument offers 2 VCOs and 2 subs per voice allowing you to morph saw, triangle, and square waveforms. You can achieve extreme sound vibes thanks to filter powerful overdrive.

No menu digging, all the mod destinations offer the front panel access. You can choose any destination and set it the way you like limiting yourself with 11 modulation sources one of which is represented with a VCF envelope generator (008 boasts of ultra fast filter and amp envelopes). A 2-track, 32-step sequencer has 16 dedicated step editing knobs and MIDI sync capabilities. The full-function arpeggiator offers a Hold mode which allows to create using a sequencer and arpeggiator together, and an Animator feature which allows to sequence oscillator shifts and filter transitions.

Modulus 008 is updatable via the Ethernet port which enables access to the cloud system. Owing to the cloud you can share your patches with others. Modal Web Interface provides comprehensive external control of the unit’s functions.

The instrument offers a highly responsive screen technology which allows you to get any parameter tweaked with a knob displayed straight away. Create up to 100 banks of quick recalls making an easy-access setlist – 8 quick recall slots are available from the control panel.

The 5-octave semi-weighted Fatar keyboard with aftertouch offers 4 key modes including polyphonic, monophonic, unison and stack.

The connectivity is represented with combined XLR/TRS sockets for balanced/unbalanced outputs. Your computer will recognize 008 as a USB-MIDI device thanks to the optional digital input/output board. There are two audio inputs which process audio starting with the VCF stage. USB-MIDI Host port allows for USB-MIDI devices connecting.
