Analog Rytm MKII is a top quality drum machine featuring hybrid architecture of analog and digital components with quick live performance control. The beat makers will be able to sample with Analog Rytm full-function drum device as well.
The MKII version brought some new introductions including sampling capability, OLED display with appropriate visual feedback, solid rugged backlit buttons, high-resolution encoders, responsive live performance controls, large convenient pads, more function buttons, balanced sampling inputs, expression/CV inputs for external parameter control, proprietory overbridge feature with higher bandwidth, high-end aluminium enclosure.
Elektron proprietory Overbridge software allows for comprehensive use of the unit with the computer and comes as a basic or premium option comprising such possibilities as DAW full integration and using Analog Rytm MKII as a sound card.
The instruments offers 8 drum voices with a selectable analog percussion sound generator, sample playback engine, analog multi-mode filter, analog overdrive circuit, filter envelope, amp envelope and assignable LFO per voice. The beat machine incorporates analog distortion and compressor master FX, delay and reverb send FX, 1 GB internal sample memory on +Drive, sequencer suitable for live performances, and is completely compatible with projects and data of the original Analog Rytm version.
The connectivity offers 2 balanced main outputs, 8 balanced mono voice outputs, 2 balanced sampling inputs, one headphone output, 2 external inputs, 2 expression/CV inputs. There are also MIDI in/out/thru ports with DIN SYNC out and a USB port.
