Electro series synthesizers were released as emulators of the Hammond B3 organ with loaded samples of Rhodes Stage 73, Wurlitzer electric piano and Hohner Clavinet.
5D 73 instrument lifted the Electro series to a whole new level. The main emphasis of the synthesizer is on the convenient use of it during live performances on stage. Electro 5D 73 has an excellent quality OLED display, simplifying the instrument settings thanks to the good transmission of information from different viewing angles. Electro 5 model interface included mechanical sliders that allow you to adjust the sound during the performance.
5D 61 features a large number of recorded sounds from grand pianos, pianos, classic electric pianos, Wurlies and harpsichords. There is also a section for sampling the synthesizers. All this comes with 1 GB of memory for use and downloading records from the unique Nord Piano Library and 256 MB for the Nord Sample Library. Working with the sound of the instrument is easy and simple thanks to the editor Nord Sound Manager for Mac and Windows.
All the effects of the Electro 5D 73 are stereo. The effects of Tremolo, Pan, Ring-Mod and Wah-wah are controlled by the pedal. Electro 5 also included a new Vibe effect, combining a mix of tremolo vibrato, reverberation with five algorithms (Room, Stage Soft, Stage, Hall, Hall Soft) and a 3-band equalizer with a parametric mid.
Electro Piano model Electro 5D 73 has a semi-weighted keyboard "Waterfall" produced by Fatar (73 perfectly calibrated keys). There are 6 keyboard split points with the layer function for building complex sound patches. Despite the primary manufacturer of keyboards (Fatar) - all keys are re-calibrated at the Nord plant to ensure even response across the entire range.
Having really outstanding specs, the fifth-generation synthesizer, based on the functions of Electro 4, included a new improved interface, a convenient compact housing. Electro 5D 73 has already won the respect and the love of touring musicians.
