The instrument plays back 24 bit digital audio with no compression. Mellotron-like sensitive keyboard with the support of polyphonic aftertouch is integrated. The unit features 100 original Mellotron and Chamberlin sounds and provides easy access. There are sounds straight from the 60s and 70s presenting that classic tape library. There’s a possibility of expanding your library with 100 more sounds thanks to the expansion slot. Two high-quality TFT displays are installed. The streaming technology for audio reproduction is a proprietary development. The parts for the production of the Mellotron were bought from Mellotron Digital company.
The connectivity is represented with 3 gold plated balanced XLR outputs, and all the connectors are gold plated as well.
