Digitakt is an 8-voice drum machine with a powerful sequencer. The sample-based drum machine offers 64MB sample memory and you also get 1GB of built-in storage. Each track has a multimode filter and an assignable LFO available. The instrument provides onboard delay and reverb.

The sequencer is a full-function feature of Digitakt. You can sequence chords up to four notes, use the parameter locks function and Trig Conditions feature for more versatily of your sequences having different values for each step. Besides, 8 audio tracks which allow for one-shot samples and sample chains, there are 8 MIDI tracks for sequencing external MIDI devices – any synth gear or effects unit with MIDI support. It can also function as a MIDI interface for sending data from your DAW to some other music equipment. For deeper interaction with your preferred DAW there’s an Elektron famous Overbridge feature letting you route audio via USB.

Digitakt comes with more than 400 factory samples onboard including acoustic and electronic drum kits, synth one shots and pads, single cycle waveforms and noise loops.
