street priceNord Piano 3 synthesizer is, first of all, a convenient and compact stage electronic musical instrument. Its uniqueness is in the availability of Nord Triple Pedal as a separate accessory, which allows the instrument to accurately simulate the performance of this acoustic piano pedal, as well as in the inclusion of the Advanced String Resonance function to reproduce the effect of “weak string” sound. The noise pedal gave the instrument a distinct hissing sound.
One of the new advantages of Clavia Nord Piano 3 is the OLED display, which provided an excellent overview when selecting and editing sounds, effects and programs while you’re on the stage.
The instrument comes with a set of sounds from the Piano Nord library (a unique library of instrument sounds from Clavia Nord). All sounds were recorded using unique sampling methods. The uploaded Piano 3 samples also have the option of replacing them with new ones or created by the user. An additional set of sounds is available on the free DVD which comes with the kit or on the manufacturer's website in the Nord Piano Library section. The very work with sounds is easy, thanks to the editor Nord Sound Manager for Mac and Windows.
The extensive effects section allows you to instantly alter the sound of the instrument: Pan, Tremolo, Stereo Auto-wah, Stereo Phaser, Flanger, Chorus, Delay effect with four-level delay with feedback and tempo control; 3-band equalizer with a range of adjustment +/- 15 dB; six reverberation algorithms and many more. Also the synthesizer became the first owner of the new Vibe effect and included 1256 MB of internal memory. All Piano 3 effects are stereo.
Nord Piano 3 offer a 88-note weighted Fatar keyboard with Virtual Hammer Action technology, which simulates the movement of hammers in an acoustic grand piano, as well as a triple sensor and Ivory Touch coating. Despite the fact that the primary manufacturer of keyboards is Fatar - all keys are re-calibrated at the Nord factory to ensure a smooth response within the whole range.
Clavia Nord Piano 3 is the third generation of stage pianos, developed on the basis of instruments Clavia Nord Piano and Piano 2, respectively. The model Nord Piano 3 has provided its users with even more new features. With the presence of a new advanced keyboard, the instrument will allow you to experience all the nuances of realistic performing.
