In 2002, Studiologic Music company released SL 1100. It has an 88-note weighted velocity sensitive keyboard. On the left side you can find 2 standard modulation/pitch wheels (each wheel can be activated/deactivated for each keypad zone), 4 programmable zones that can be assigned to any area of the keyboard, and programmable control sliders.
Despite the fact that the instrument is made of plastic, the structure is quite durable. SL 1100 has a digital diode display for showing the preset number and editing parameters.
