Demora is flexible digital (24bit/96kHz) delay made by Roland corporation.
The module is encased within a metal housing, which can be both mounted into Eurorack and installed into a pedalboard. Two independent mono inputs and outputs allow the processor to be used as a dual mono or stereo effect.
The adjustment of the delay time and the feedback depth is performed with digital encoders supporting a 16-million step resolution, which allows you to adjust the effect with stunning accuracy. Also these parameters can be modulated by CV signals (for which the TRS inputs are provided with level control), or enter values via computer. The delay time can be set from 20 microseconds to 10 seconds – you won’t find such a value range to be ever available for analogue delay.
To get a "freeze" effect there is a "Hold" button and a jack for connecting an external footswitch. Module bypass is also available.
When connected via USB, you can use Demor as an external effect processor for DAW. In this case, the setting of all parameters will be available both in manual mode and via the control utility.
