Korg volca keys was developed in Japan. The best engineers with many years of experience took part in the development, putting their knowledge into the creation of the new analog Volca series. Thus, for example, the filter section of this module is based on the scheme of MiniKorg-700S monophonic synthesizer, which was released in the 70's.
Control Panel:
1. The VOICING section extends the capabilities of the instrument, such as polyphonic (POLY), unison (UNISON), octave (OCTAVE), chord (FIFTH) and two types of ring modulation (UNISON & POLY RING).
2. The classic settings inherent in any analog synthesizer: the oscillator section (VCO), the filter (VCF), the low-frequency generator (LFO), the mixer (EG), transposing (OCTAVE). There is a MIDI input for connecting an external MIDI keyboard and IN-SYNC-OUT jacks for synchronization with other analog devices.
