Ketron SD1000 is a compact module that easily integrates with any music equipment. The device includes a large number of different sounds of orchestral instruments: Grand Piano Stereo, acoustic/electric guitars, brass and saxophones, basses, organs, accordions, strings, acoustic and electronic drums. In addition, SD1000 offers 512 sounds, 47 drum kits and 248 drum loops.

This sound module is designed to work together with MIDI keyboards or sequencers (Ableton, Cubase, Logic). If you use a MIDI keyboard, SD1000 is applied as an additional module for enriching the sound of a keyboard instrument. The device launched by Ketron is equipped with external connectors, as well as one common volume control for outputs and headphones. Among the effects there are: reverberation, chorus, delay, rotor, wah, and even distortion.
