AWM-3 is a 3-channel analog module operating in a real-time mode, offering compression, several types of mixing as well as a matrix mixer. It’s possible to achieve a huge range of signals and complex sound (including chorus-like) due to having the outputs for different kinds of mixing, waveform stacking and compression functions.
All the 3 channels are identical and can operate individually. They also may be put in sequence (in a cascade) for double or triple waveform layering. Separate for each channel compressor helps not only to build a unique waveform but also to manage the signal control process better leading to new sophisticated sound.
Moreover each channel possess an independent positive/negative wave-shaping control plus CV inputs, CV attenuator, bias and Dry level adjustment.
VCA makes automated wave-shaping quite manifold.
Analog AWM-3 will be available for order in spring this year and the price is going to reach $279.
