Every year SXSW music festival lures musicians of any genre (and of any skill level) from all over the USA embracing the incredibly enormous number of visitors and participants in Austin. SXSW will make its guests happy with musical diversity. For example in 2016 more than 67 countries presented more than 2200 musicians. Record labels, agencies, PR companies, publishers, mass media, popular music brands attract aspiring and talented musicians willing to recruit more fans into they army of followers. Different thematic conferences, sound engineering designs and the possibility to get familiar with something new draw people’s attention to SXSW.

In 2017 the festival will feature a significant number of conferences. Recently the list of presenters has become known: Dr. Robert Cialdini, Gregory F. Fenves (The University of Texas editor) together with Bob Metcalfe (Ethernet developer), Kathryn Hahn (Hollywood actress), Cheryl Boone Isaacs (the head of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences), Dan Lyons (best-selling writer), Candice Morgan, Rachael Ray (popular musician), Adam Savage (tv producer), Nadya Tolokonnikova (political activist and the Pussy Riot member), Gary Vaynerchuk (VaynerMedia managing director).

The event of 2017 will also bring together more than 150 prominent musicians who will present 26 various countries: rapper Pro Era – one of the CJ Fly founders, Charlotte Day Wilson, Imarhan, producer 4AD - Sohn, La Dame Blanche, Bash & Pop, The Drums, Lincoln Durham and many others.
