A small German company producing drum machines and modular components – AcidLab – announced the release of their new instrument called AcidLab Detroit. This drum machine is based on the concept of the legendary Roland TR-909 but Dipl. Ing. (FH) Klaus Süßmuth promises some elaboration comparing to the original models – he always improves his creations. Now we have only basic technical description and a photo of the new clone. The price of Detroit shouldn’t go beyond $800.
