Dan Green

Dan Green is the founder and owner of 4ms Company, a Portland, Oregon-based Eurorack manufacturer known for innovative digital and analog modules including the Spectral Multiband Resonator, Tapographic Delay, and Quad Pingable LFO.

Green began creating experimental sound devices in 1996 and founded 3ms Pedals near Chicago before evolving into 4ms Company in 2002. The company moved through Austin to Portland, joining the west coast nexus of synthesizer makers.

4ms won Electronic Musician's Module of the Year in 2016 and 2017. Green teaches modular synthesis at Portland Community College and conducts DIY workshops worldwide. His designs often explore routing, physical interaction, and novel signal-processing concepts.
