Voltage Influenced LFO is a unique module in the world of modular systems. This is a very unusual low frequency oscillator.
The module has two outputs:
"TRI" is a triangular wave (basic for the module).
"VAR" is a variable wave that goes from the triangle to the meander; the shape depends on the controller position.
"VCV" input is used to control and modulate the "VAR" waveform. In this case, the regulator responsible for the waveform becomes the regulator of the amplitude of the incoming CV.
"ICV" is the "influence" input. The control voltage applied to this input controls LFO frequency and is mixed in the feedback circuit simultaneously. As a result, various effects are obtained: tremolo, glitch and all sorts of chaotic frequency oscillations.
The frequency limit of the generator is selected by the "slow/fast" switch. The frequency is set by the large controller at the top of the module.
Chain reactor is represented with four independent LFOs enclosed in one case. The first two oscillators are VILFO (pittsburgh modular vilfo), unique modulatable LFOs. For each of them an inf CV and ws CV is provided. Frequency, external source depth and...
